With a median asking price of €16.900, BMW X3 is the most affordable BMW in this dataset. Typical listing shows 166.637 km on the clock.
The X4 commands a €23.090 median premium over the X3 for the same platform. The coupe roofline is the only tangible difference.
Average build year 2021.9 with ~63.460 km — the newest and lowest-mileage BMW model in the current dataset.
P10 is €19.495 and P90 is €99.990 — a €80.495 spread. Mileage and age explain most of the gap.
Western states (Vorarlberg, Salzburg, Kärnten, Tirol) show a €12.550 higher median asking price than eastern Austria. Western stock tends to be newer with fewer km.
